I offer a 4-room apartment plus a dressing room / warehouse for rent, 10 minutes’ drive from the center of Warsaw on the Aurora Estate (a block completed in 2022 by the developer Dantex). The apartment is available from July 1. It is located on the border of the Ochota and Włochy districts.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, has 2 gardens, where one garden (the one from the living room) overlooks the large garden of the house opposite.

Decorated to a high standard, with attention to every detail. The location of the estate guarantees efficient communication (Koleje Mazowieckie, SKM and WKD trains allow you to reach the center within 10-15 minutes) – the Aleje Jerozolimskie railway station is 4 minutes from the estate, as are bus stops.
The proximity of Aleje Jerozolimskie (5 minutes on foot), one of Warsaw’s main thoroughfares, also ensures a convenient exit from the city.

Within the district there are 100 hectares of green areas with water reservoirs, playgrounds, outdoor gyms and piers for anglers (including the 30-ha Park Szczęśliwicki with a slope for skiers, a park with Ponds Cietrzewia, Veterans’ Park).
In the vicinity of the investment there are large shopping centers (Blue City, Reduta, Łopuszańska 22), numerous shops and restaurants, renowned educational institutions, gyms, recreational facilities and valued medical care centers.

The Aurora estate is located in the border quarter of the Włochy and Ochota districts, marked out by Jutrzenki, Szybka and Wschodnia streets. This capital area is distinguished by its intimate development, resulting from building restrictions, which makes it peaceful – it is the perfect place to escape the crowds. It takes 15 minutes by car to reach the Central Railway Station, 12 minutes to Chopin Airport, and 5 minutes to Blue City, one of the nearby shopping centers.
Only a dozen or so minutes will take a walk to the popular Szczęśliwicki Park with full recreational infrastructure. There are 10 bus lines (187, 189, 228, 328, 401, 5017, N01, N35) within 350-500 m from the estate.

The most important advantages of the Aurora estate are: intimacy (with excellent separation from external noises), carefully designed greenery and small architecture, as well as a sense of privacy, which will be ensured by large spaces between the buildings. The green areas surrounding the buildings will reflect the atmosphere of nature and provide respite after an intense day spent in the city. Well-maintained squares with attractive vegetation throughout the year and alleys with benches and atmospheric lighting are conducive to relaxation.

Thanks to the large windows, the rooms are well lit.
