This height also means that there is a nuisance of noise from the street below – even with the windows open.
The block is nicely renovated inside – it has modern elevators. At the bottom there is a reception and security, and (in the middle of the block – right next to the elevators) a well-equipped shop where you can buy most of the useful things until late in the evening: to eat, drink and more.

500 meters is the (subway) Plac Bankowy, along with trams going to Praga, Wola and Ochota,

about 70 meters there are tram stops,
600 meters to Mazowiecka Street (for people who like night club life – or work in the catering industry),
900 meters to the Golden Terraces
1 km to the Central Railway Station,
approx. 950 meters to the University of Warsaw and the Academy of Fine Arts
