Renting a flat via rentflatPOLAND is very easy. You just need to follow these few steps: Select the city you want to live in, number of rooms, the dates, and many more criteria thanks to advanced search if you want, so it will be easier to match with your expectations. Click on the accommodation that you are interested in — you will find all the detailed information about it as well as some more pictures. If you want to rent it, you can send a message in the “Contact me” section with your name, e-mail and phone. Your message will be directly sent to the private owner or to the real estate agency who published this offer.

In case you may need specific help and you are not able to find what you are looking for, you can hire us to find your flat. If you hire us as your house hunters, we charge a commission fee of one month rent + VAT (23% in Poland).

If you are in the city, you can obviously visit it. Depending on who published the offer, just specify that you want to visit it and you will get an appointment easily. Depending on the offer, you may also book it in advance.

A deposit allows the owner or the real estate agency to make sure that you will take care of the accommodation, because if there is some deterioration, they can keep the amount of money that you gave as a deposit before renting it. If you do not make any damage in the accommodation, they give it back to you when you leave the flat. Usually the deposit is one month rent.

Usually the owners agree to cover some of the expenses, but it all depends on the owner obviously.
