Process for Booking in advance
You want to book your accommodation in advance, so you do not have to deal with it when you arrive in Poland? This is possible and very easy. Our team at rentflatPOLAND will do their best to satisfy your requirements.
The booking in advance process is simple, only 4 steps:
Step 1: Select your dream flat
First, our team will select few flats that match your requirements. We will send you the offers via e-mail – with all the needed information about them (location, and pictures) – just choose the apartment that you like. You want more pictures, video or information? This is not a problem, just ask us and we will provide you. Once you selected the perfect flat, we will arrange everything with the owner for you.
Step 2: Lease contract
Then, we will send you a contract written both in English and in Polish, stating all the conditions for the renting. Read it, and if you confirm, we will need you to send a scan of your passport or ID so we can fill out your data. You and the owner will sign the contract. All the process is made by scan.
Step 3: Secure the booking
Finally, when the contract will be signed by both parties, you will need to send the deposit via bank transfer to secure the booking. We strongly advice to use TransferWise, as they provide very cheap solution for international bank transfer (Lowest fee on the market, as well as the best currency exchange rate). Don’t worry about our agency fee, you can pay it once you arrived in Poland.
Step 4: Arrival in Poland
