BEAUTIFULLY LOCATED COMFORTABLE FLAT

Hi,
the flat is really beautiful. I bought it in March 2013. I fell in love with it because it is so spacious and airy. As you see in the pictures there are lots of windows and a lot of light. It’s located on the 3rd floor – no neighbours above :). There is a wee hall, an open kitchen – big enough with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc. If you need other things like a toaster for example, I’m more than happy to buy it.
There is a new table with chairs (not in the pictures though). There is a big living room with a balcony, a sofa bed, a small coffee table, and a brand-new tv.
In one of the pictures you can see a small corridor that leads to the bathroom with a bath with hydro-massage and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms – a bigger one with a sofa bed and two armchairs, and an in-built wardrobe. The other bedroom is smaller with a brand-new very comfi bed.
There is a basement, but rather small.
Price includes an allocated parking space in the underground garage and an additional parking space outside (for the 2nd car or guests for example).
The location is an asset. 5 minutes from the most popular area in Bydgoszcz – Wyspa Mlynska, Stary Rynek, Opera etc. &-10 minutes to the big shopping centre Auchan. £3 minutes to Rondo Grunwaldzkie from where you have excellent tram and bus links.

The rent is acceptable for the central location which, usually, is horrendously expensive. 23 PLN for a garage and approximately 500 for the rent. Obviously in the winter it might be slightly more because of the central heating. Plus, electricity and gas on top of that.
