1) Price tab: you can choose the following tips

2) Select Categories
Here, you can select if your property is an apartment, a condo, or office..etc.
Would you like to rent your rent flat for long term? or short term (less than 6 months)
3) Select Property Status
Here, you can select the label from when your flat is available.
Select also the date from when the apartment is available in “Listing Details”.
4) Amenities and Features
Features are useful as the future tenant will use it in the advanced research. (More search options – see screenshot on the right side)
5) Listing Location
Put the exact address, select the city, district, and press “PLACE PIN WITH PROPERTY ADDRESS”. Then the property will show on the map.
With the address set up, the feature “What’s nearby” will appear with 3 key elements that are near the apartment such as Transportation, Education, and Restaurants.
