Available for rent: a two-level apartment on the first and attic floors of a detached house (the owner lives on the ground floor) with a separate entrance, a garage with 2 parking spaces (3 with some effort), 2 driveways, and a large (700 m2) garden full of decorative plants, maintained by the owner.

The house is located in a historic neighborhood of detached houses (Kolonia Praussa) from 1926, on a quiet street lined with large, old trees. Very close by are Biedronka and Żabka supermarkets, an elementary school, a kindergarten, a swimming pool, Olszynka Grochowska train station, and several bus lines: 102, 202, 135, 188, 523. It takes a 10-minute walk to reach the Szembeka market, Lidl, pharmacies, post office, and various bus and tram stops on Grochowska Street.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen from Ikea with an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and fridge with a freezer. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The space under the sloped ceiling areas is filled with custom-made cabinets, providing ample storage space.
